A fossil SCM integration into Jetbrains IDEs

Here is the github repo fossil4idea and the Fossil Integration in the JetBrains Marketplace.

The plugin has not been maintained for over 5 years, so ... Not sure if it will work in the current versions, but it could serve as a great example for how to write a jetbrains plugin, which would also be good.

Found out about this in a fossil forum entry talking about what some have learned over the years about fossil and fossil vs git, among other things.

Wanted to put this here, so I didn't forget about it.
